PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES

My private yoga classes are designed for people who want to practice in their own pace in a private setting. It's also a perfect solution for everyone who has a busy or irregular work schedule that makes it difficult to attend regular group classes.

Each private yoga class is prepared specifically for you, taking into consideration your body type, fitness level, stress level, and your personal health goals. Personalized yoga lessons are the most effective form of Yoga, and the quickest way to reach your goals.

WHEN?

Whether you want to have an early morning session to energize your body before work, or an evening class to wind down and relax after a busy and stressful day, I'm here for you.

My schedule is very flexible. Just choose the time and day most suitable for you and I'll show up at your door with all the Yoga goodness :)

WHERE?

Any place that can fit at least 2 yoga mats is good for yoga practice. I can teach you in the comfort of your own house or in a private hotel room. We can have classes in a multipurpose hall or at the gym in your condominium.

If you want to breathe some fresh air and practice outdoors - swimming pool area or a neighborhood park will be a perfect option. The choice is yours :)

WHAT YOU NEED?

All you need is a Yoga mat, some comfy clothes, a bottle of water and a small towel and you are ready for the Yoga class.

GROUP YOGA CLASSES

If you prefer to practice yoga in a group setting, you can join my current group classes in Bangsar (read the information below for details).

You can also create your own group and practice together with your friends or neighbors in the comfort of your own condo. Interested? Contact me anytime for more details.

WHEN?

MONDAY 8PM - SLIMMING YOGA (Hatha Yoga Flow)

This faster pace class is perfect for everyone who wants to lose extra pounds or simply tone the body and stay fit and healthy. You'll sculpt your arms, back, chest, abs, buttocks and legs.

Yoga postures and breathing techniques will help you to detoxify the physical body and build up overall muscle strength. You will increase flexibility, improve your vitality and transform how you look and feel.

WEDNESDAY 8PM - YOGA FOR ALL (Stress Relief & Relaxation)

This class is perfect for those who just started their adventure with Yoga. It aims at improving flexibility, toning the body and relaxing the mind. This class is less physically demanding and focuses on breath awareness and slow movements.

A deep, guided relaxation will complete your experience, leaving you feeling healthy, relaxed, and renewed!

These two group classes are conducted in Multipurpose Hall, Bangsar Permai Condominium, Jalan Tanduk, Bangsar. See the map below for the exact location.
