Yoga with Nika is naturally enjoyable and rewarding experience. Her enthusiasm and encouraging approach coupled with that warm and easy going personality was one of the reasons that had motivated us to join and continue classes despite our hectic schedule.

I Lost Weight. My Body Feels Lighter And More Energetic. My Skin Glows.

I work a 60-hour week and would come home from work on most days feeling tired and sluggish. My eating habits were inconsistent. I just felt plain unfit. But all that has changed now. I have been going to yoga twice a week for the last 4 months and I can already see a significant improvement.

Firstly, Yoga has helped me to tone up big-time! My body feels lighter and more energetic. I am able to stretch and do the kinds of poses that I never imagined myself to be doing 4 months ago. Secondly, it has helped me to lose weight. (Oh yes….and a reduced waistline too!) The sun salutations and breath of fire are particularly my favorites. Nika likes to mix it up in the class and hence, it never gets boring. Just when you start getting comfortable with your poses, she challenges you to push yourself further with newer and harder poses.

Amongst other noticeable changes, my eating habits have improved. I don’t crave for unhealthy food anymore. My skin glows!

I Lost 20 Kg Thanks To Nika’s Yoga Classes

I started taking classes with Nika with the idea of getting some exercise and hopefully some weight loss. I wasn’t all too convinced at first because the movements seemed quite slow moving. But after taking classes with Nika, I began to feel the effects of it. Thanks to Yoga with Nika my lifestyle changed completely: I became more aware of my body, I started eating healthy food and exercising more.

Today I do Yoga, I go to the gym regularly, I eat healthy food and never overeat and the results are amazing – 6 months of the Yoga practice helped me to lose 20 kg and build a healthy habits for a lifetime. I Feel Fit, Healthier, Stronger & Calmer.

I started yoga practise with Nika earlier this year and have not looked back since. I feel fit, healthier, stronger, calmer and what my non-yoga-practising friends call annoyingly jovial (yes, I am upbeat for a whole lot of the time). I have learnt to breathe properly and it helps keeping my mind relaxed and focused. I sleep better too.

I used to feel like I was dying just climbing up the stairs at work, but now I practically bounce up – no problem. I’m not complaining that my clothes happen to fit better as well.

Nika's Yoga Classes Provide Everything You Need To Relax, Breathe Properly, Stretch And Burn Some Calories

I’ve been doing Yoga with Nika for the last 6 months and I am extremely satisfied with her classes for at least 3 reasons.

Thanks to her classes Yoga became part of my lifestyle. I’ve always felt that I’m a bit too chubby but never felt that sweating out in the gyms or strict diets is something that would really work for me. And Yoga with Nika is something extremely relaxing you can look forward to, and then it brings all the results you want!

I Fell In Love With Yoga Because Of Nika

I have attended couple of Yoga classes in the past but I was never consistent. I fell in love with yoga again because of NIKA. She is pleasant, well experienced and teaches varities of poses which keeps me coming week after week.

A Session Of Yoga With Nika Relaxes My Back Better Than A Session Of Thai Massage

My doctor recommended yoga as one of the ways to relieve my back pain. At first, I was a bit sceptical and worried but Nika is very assuring after I got the green light from my doctor. I started classes with her a few months ago and have found that I got less back pain and I am more flexible.

I really enjoy Nika's classes and it is helping me a lot in terms of relaxing and also strengthening my back. A session of yoga seems to relax my back better than a session of Thai massage.

Nika's Yoga Classes Help Me To Calm Down.

Nika is very friendly and easy to get along with so I immediately felt comfortable. Apart from just teaching the poses she explains why certain poses are good for you and when to use them. eg. poses to aid digestion, or breathing to cool the body. I also love the moments to express gratitude towards the end of the class as it gives you a chance to reflect on the positive things in your life and the things to be grateful for.

Nika's Yoga classes also help me to calm down as I can be quite high strung and anxious. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get a great workout and peace of mind.

I Attended Nika's Classes During My Holidays In Kuala Lumpur. Nika Is Just Wonderful!

I live in Holland and I wanted to attend some Yoga classes during my holidays in Malaysia. So I searched the internet and found www.YOGAnika.com. I contacted Nika and when I got in Kuala Lumpur I went for her class not knowing what and who to expect.

Nika was waiting for me in the practice room and I was touched by her warmth and hospitality. I've been practicing yoga for a year now, but during the class Nika gave me some new instructions which I very much appreciated.

It was a pleasure to attend Nika's the class, she is just wonderful! There was a very good atmosphere during the lesson, the other students who attend the same class were also very friendly and seriously involved with yoga.

I'll Recommend Taking Yoga With Nika For Anyone Who Wants To Lose Weight

I started yoga with Nika about 2 months ago. I find Nika to be a very happy, gentle and positive person. She is knowledgable in what she does and conducts her classes with ease, enthusiasm and happiness. I take yoga once a week which is obviously not enough to get the full benefits. Nevertheless, after the class I find myself more revigorated.

My Digestion Improved, I'm More Flexible And I Feel Happy And Positive

I've been doing Yoga on and off for the past 5 years. Now I'm attending a class with Nika twice a week. I feel more energized, calmer and wonderful, especially right after the class. I'm More Energized And Flexible. My Headaches Disappear.

After joining Nika's Yoga classes few months ago I've been feeling more energized and flexible. I have bad headaches and when I do Yoga they go away. After Browsing Through Your Website I Feel Inspired To Take Up Yoga!

I have to say i loved your website!! it doesn't sound like one of those manufactured ones - it comes across as very personal and honest and one can really relate to the things you have mentioned. I am sooo not a gym person - i have tried but failed miserably - and i love eating all the things that are the most unhealthy, i don't have good posture and my energy levels are never constant. My mom always told me to try out yoga but i always felt it was too tough for me - and that i just wouldn't be able to keep up with it.

But honestly, after browsing through your website I feel inspired to take up yoga! I really do! Do you just give classes in KL? how about Beijing?? :))

I Have Never Felt Better!

Nika has been amazing. I started yoga classes a couple of months ago and have never felt better. She has come up with methods to help me regain strength in both my knees (which i injured in an accident a few years ago). I feel a lot more relaxed and energized after class and yoga has also helped me sleep better at night.

Yoga is a perfect alternative to cure Insomnia. 'The simplest exercise to help you fall asleep faster is to practice deep breathing before you go to bed' reveals Florek.
